We are currently seeking a Product Development Assistant to join our team in Bali. As a Product Development Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting research and developing products in Bali and other destinations in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Research and conduct product development in Bali and other destinations in Indonesia
- · Create and maintain training presentations and deliver product trainings
- · Provide weekly progress reports to the Product Manager
- · Maintain clear communication and regular updates through email exchange with the Product Manager

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English (fluency in other foreign languages is a plus)
- 2 years of experience in tourism product, sales, marketing, or a similar role (preferably)
- Team player with a positive and dynamic personality
Skills:
- Good product knowledge of the tourism destinations in Indonesia
- Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist departmental co-workers
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, G-Suite, project management tools, design platforms, and CRM)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Rp4,000,000 per month
